The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has unsealed several documents in the Michael Flynn case following the government's representation that "that there no longer exists a compelling government interest to seal certain information in those records." The documents include an addendum to the government's sentencing memorandum, a memo recording an unidentified individual's communications with Flynn in January 2017, and an interview by the special counsel's office of Peter Strzok. Versions of the documents with more redactions were previously available from the government's public filings regarding Flynn's sentencing (see here and here). All three documents are available below.
In addition to the documents, Judge Sullivan is asking the DOJ to provide the transcript of the 12/29/16 call between Mike Flynn and Ambassador Kislyak.
Why is this important? Because it appears Judge Sullivan suspects the transcript of the phone call will match statements from Flynn to the FBI. Ergo Flynn did not lie to the FBI.
My prayers for General Flynn.

My opinion about what Sullivan said in open court, is that he was playing devil’s advocate, trying to get Flynn to stand up to the lies Mueller told about him. He knew Flynn was nigh unto terrified that the deep state machine, led by Mueller, would come after his son. The reason I think that, is that all the other actions taken by Sullivan, were more in the vein of pro-Flynn and anti-Mueller.

Agreed. On an earlier thread, Sullivan was being roasted as a Liberal and no good. I do believe he is doing what needs to be done.

VP Pence had Flynn Fired because he said he LIED......so was it the VP’s Chief of Staff, Josh something, who was Married to Katy that worked for Strozk that told Pence he LIED....or did he lie directly to Pence?
Gen. Flynn will come out CLEAN, however the Democrats have BANKRUPTED him....which is what they LOVE to do!
The real problem here was created when Pence was asked on FTN “ did any advisor or anybody in the Trump campaign have any contact with the Russians?” and he answered “Of course not”.
Whoever wrote that question for John Dickerson had OBVIOUSLY been briefed on the Flynn-Kislyak discussions (which were right and proper), and when Pence answered “of course not”, either Flynn or Pence was screwed.
Trump chose Pence over Flynn because he had to.
He didn't lie to Pence. PENCE answered John Dickerson "Of course not" when asked if any Trump advisor had spoken to any Russians, and when it became clear that PENCE'S answer was incorrect, PENCE failed to step up like a man and say, "I went on FTN unprepared and I did not know of General Flynn's entirely right and proper conversations with Ambassador Kislyak".
I am sorry, but Mr. Pence was not and is not a wartime consigliere, which is what has been needed in the White House since 1/20/17.
Sullivan is a solid judge and so please don't characterize him as taking sides. His side has always appeared to be to determine the FACTS (what happened for real in the physical world) and apply the LAW as it actually is.
In other words he is a very solid rule of law judge. While Flynn is a national hero and didn't deserve this treatment, when discussing the judiciary let's stay focused on the goal - an independent non-political rule of law judiciary.
This is being multiply redundant - you know like equal justice for all, which is just - justice, which like a rule of law judiciary is what we are all after.

I be he probe of Flynn began when he started writing his book, Field of Fight... which concerned Iran.
The question covers the campaign, not the transition. It was obviously constructed to conflate the two.
According to the article I linked to I don't think that is correct.
