When the 2nd A is all you have left, it’s all you have left. Personally, I don’t think we need to lift a finger to destroy the government of the USA. It’s doing nicely all on it’s own. Just get in position to catch a survivable chunk on the way down.

Damn right! Kick the RINOs out! They're as bad as the Democrats--maybe worse!

To hell with 'em all! All the RINOs--including the Bushes, the Romneys--all of 'em.

I can't believe that I once actually supported these people! NEVER AGAIN!

MAGA!

And they love Trump, because Trump has delivered the oven-fresh, piping hot conservatism they ordered TRUMP holds the LIGHT OF TRUTH for everyone to see and LOVES AMERICA and the AMERICAN PEOPLE!

“why the President and his legal team would be permitting Don Jr. to walk into this obvious ‘rat trap.”

I don’t think that’s what’s going on. I think he’s going before the committee expecting to be treated like every other republican who goes before the committee. I predict that when they panel starts badgering him and giving speeches trying to incriminate him, he tells them to shove it and walks out. Jr. is outspoken. I think he wants the public forum to give THEM a piece of his mind.

That's what President Trump offers; that's the promise of the Trump Revolution: Getting our country back through the "political process."

President Trump loves America that much. How much? Look at what he has risked, what he has endured, the position in which he has place himself and his family--and all because of his love for America and faith in God and the United States and the American People.

If he succeeds--and he probably will--he will have been the greatest President in US history.

You’re right: Mediocrity is the secret curse of the Establishment. The Establishment consists of people of mediocrity: mediocre intellect, mediocre integrity, mediocre standards, mediocre morality. They are baffled by a man of genius, truth, excellence, and puissance, viz. President Donald Trump. They simply cannot understand him, and they are particularly confounded by the way he dances circles around them and the magnitude of support he receives from people of high intelligence, morality, and honesty, i.e. the basic American man and woman.

Dany burned down King’s Landing because she realized it was a “deep state” swamp, filled with Varys and Littlefingers. Trump is by himself on Drogon and he will take many years. But it will take decades to clear out the stench that is DC.

There’s our lesson from the last two years. The ruling class that runs them ran the institutions not for our benefit but for its own, to preserve its own power and position. The institutions and those running them are entirely responsible for our legitimate contempt – they deserve no respect, no deference and no obedience.
The iron law of oligarchy is a political theory, first developed by the German syndicalist sociologist Robert Michels in his 1911 book, Political Parties.

The “iron law of oligarchy” states that all forms of organization, regardless of how democratic or autocratic they may be at the start, will eventually and inevitably develop oligarchic tendencies, thus making true democracy practically and theoretically impossible, especially in large groups and complex organizations. The relative structural fluidity in a small-scale democracy succumbs to “social viscosity” in a large-scale organization. According to the “iron law,” democracy and large-scale organization are incompatible.

What is ‘Iron Law of Oligarchy’?

“does anybody actually beleive we can get out country back through the “political process” because from where I am it appears that just ain’t Gonna be possible.”

Sadly I agree with you. We ain’t voting our way out of this.

Kurt has it right. The DS ruling class is directly responsible for the last decade or so of the fiasco known to this country’s as the Obama tragedy. Congress’s unforgivable crime was to deliberately ignore and not timely represent the country’s interests by preventing the traitor from accessing the WH. Pelosi certified that he was presidentially qualified to run and our illustrious Congress didn’t say a peep about it during the joint session tabulating the electoral college votes. This session is sort of like the wedding ceremony where the presiding official asks everyone in attendance if he/she has any objection to the marriage. Not one of our ‘entrusted’ Congresspersons, among the 485 on deck, voiced a single objection to the usurper taking office. To add insult to misery, in this first go-around our illustrious VP Chaney was presiding. Now that is hard core DS. This same BS happened again in 2012. Treason I say.

“With the party unified and rising in the polls, and the fake RUSSIA! scandal finally behind us so we can move forward with the conservative agenda we were promised, what do the Fredocon jerks of the GOP Establishment do?”

Exactly what it usually does: snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Kurt, it is past time that you drop the mask and let everyone know that you are running for President in 2024. And if you are not wearing that mask, it is time to put it on for just a few minutes and then immediately rip it off. In other words, run for President. I cannot stand the idea of a milquetoast like Mike Pence, as decent of a person as he is, being President or even the Republican nominee - because he is simply not a fighter. If he is the nominee, then we will have experienced a most enjoyable and entertaining, but only temporary, reprieve from business as usual in the District of Criminals. We simply cannot allow for Trump to be an aberration, his pro-American viewpoint on every issue must once again become the norm for our elected leaders.

Run, Kurt, run!

A good article, but.....

As most on this topic talk about the rino’s desperately trying to hold on to power ....

Power? To them power means money. The real fear of the rino’s is that they will be dragged away from the trough.

Hillary, Comey, Biden, obummer, Pelosi, Feinstein.... They are only the obvious.

DC is truly the city with streets paved with gold. Billions floating around with very poor accounting for where it is going.

Stories of he defense department losing billions with no record of where it went...Lobbyists/lobbiers, whatever handing out millions on every subject in which the government is involved.

Hillary shaking down both the buyer and the seller on the same deal to approve the purchase/sale of defense materials is a prime example.

I am all for people who create or produce getting rich, but our political system is filled with those who scam, steal bribe and corrupt others.

The swamp will never be drained until someone stops the graft. Like organized crime, if there is enough money to be stolen men/women will take any risk to get a piece of the money. Put one in jail, two pop up to take their place unless you get control of the money.

One major step would be to keep most of the money from going to DC.
