Not sure how to interpret this:
1) Kamala thinks that Biden wants to run as a VP again?
2) Kamala is thinking of the VP slot.

It’s the latter, I think. But that’s not the way she wants you to read it.
Ms. Harris thinks Joe Biden would be and EXCELLENT choice for VP, because, after all, he did the job so well for eight years.
Joe Biden is just a pale-complected Stepin Fetchit. Everybody’s straight man in a vaudeville circuit.
Lincoln Theodore Monroe Andrew Perry. known by his stage name “Stepin Fetchit”. Moving from vaudeville to movies, where he was the first black to be acknowledged in screen credits, he went on to be the first black actor to earn a million dollars. Perry’s film career slowed after 1939, and after 1953, nearly stopped altogether. Around that time, the actor and the character began to be seen by African Americans and Americans at large as an embarrassing and harmful anachronism, echoing and perpetuating negative stereotypes.
I believe Ms. Harris was dissing Joe Biden.
She wants you (and everyone else) to think about Harris and Biden running on the same ticket. Debates about who should be at the top of that ticket are encouraged.
