There probably something buried in it.

No, he won’t put it up for a vote.

I avoid the theater for just this reason.
You know the plot, and the ending.

The bill as described sounds good. Devil’s in the details, and this is Grahamnesty’s bill.

Theatrics for sure. None of this would be necessary if we just enforced existing law which calls for an asylum application either in the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin or first country they entered, which would be Mexico or Guatemala in the case of the big three refugee exporting Central American countries.

Ask for proof they applied in Guatemala or Mexico for asylum. If they can produce it, they go back there to wait for a decision. If they can't, then application is automatically denied. Next?

We can't be the world's flophouse anymore.

It will pass the Senate. They are getting better, but are not there yet.

People refer to him as Grahamnesty for a reason.
Look deeply for the catch. It’s buried in there somewhere.

Dems will never agree to it because they see these children as future Dem voters, they need to continue the Dem voting block forever.

Don't kid yourself. Not a single one of the 535 hogs have any interest in stopping the invasion and POTUS just handed this "hot potato" off to Javanka.
It's all kabuki theater to keep the sheeple calm while they await the slaughter. C'mon down to South Texas and you can watch every day as the knife slides in your back deeper and deeper.

IF Graham gets the Senate to pass this bill AND

IF the House Republican Caucus — away from the House floor and with cameras whirling — “passes” that same bill AND

IF the House Republican Caucus then asks Speaker Pelosi to “permit” a “floor vote” by the entire House,

THEN Pelosi and the “Party of No” will have a difficult choice:

1. Permit a vote and then vote down Senator Graham’s border control bill OR

2. Prevent a vote on Senator Graham’s bill.

Either option is a “loser” for the Democrats...

Waste of time. All show and no go. Why didn’t they do this when the controlled both houses just over a year ago?

I’ll tell you why. They, neither side of the aisle in either house wants it to happen.

They are traitors. Every last damn one of them. If you go along and say nothing you’re included in the guilty and that i all there is to it.

This is a start, but the WRONG start!

If we are serious about ending illegal immigration, we MUST start with a Constitutional Amendment that ends the SCOTUS interpretation of birth-right citizenship! And we MUST end guaranteed chain-migration! PERIOD!

Those two things would send a BIG, YUGE, CLEAR message to all the foreigners and they will KNOW that we no longer will be playing their games. The migration spigot will go from a RAGING-FLOW to an INCONSISTENT-DRIP!

as it applies to illegal immigrants supreme court has not decided it..

I’m guessing you haven’t been on the Mexican border.

I don't need to. I work in logistics. I manage freight alongside the border.

There are plenty of places where you’d be annexing huge chunks of Mexican cities.

Have you ever even driven across another state? You seldom hit a city immediately when you cross over. It'll be about 5-10 miles until you start hitting the Mexican city limits across most of the border.

So yes, we should seize 3 miles of all the border immediately south of the existing border and build the wall. That would bypass all of the courts and environmentalists stopping it.

You must be joking. Yes, I’ve driven coast-to-coast many times... As for border distances, for example, go to El Paso and then try to tell me with a straight face that you can go “5-10 miles until you start hitting the Mexican city limits.”
