Former Vice President Joe Biden admitted that the “Second Amendment exists” but stressed during his speech in New Hampshire on Tuesday that it does not say everyone is “entitled” to own a gun.
Biden, who was taking questions at a small outdoor venue, then added, “By the way, if one of you left the keys in your car down the street, and a kid comes along and jumps in it and takes off, you could be held liable civilly for that. So if you own a gun, put a damn trigger lock on it. Put it in a case. You have an obligation.”

I suppose the Civil Right’s Act doesn’t say you’re “entitled” to Civil Rights protections either.
Perhaps we should have a new entitlement. Tax credits for purchase of a gun and enough ammo to remain proficient.

The ‘rats and RINOs are moving to get insurance companies involved in our 2nd. If you own a gun, at some point, they’ll want a safe in your house.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

So... The 2nd guarantees me the right to keep and bear someone else’s gun, if I steal it? Dumb Joe, pandering to his favorite constituency again.

what an IDIOT, he won’t even read the Constitution...after all these years on the public dole, too... he had to swear to uphold and defend the constitution every time he gets a renewal of his welfare check every 4 or 6 years.............and he STILL hasn’t read it!

Actually, if he is going to attempt to lamely parse words in the Constitution, then maybe we should get a venue to shut him down and throw him out when he attempts to CHARGE for his speeches. After all, the Constitution only guarantees the right to FREE speech! :)
Gee Joe; entitlement means you have the right. That is pretty damn close to what they meant.
