This Scam you describe has been going on for YEARS!!, Hollywood has been Laundering Money like this forever, All Overseas Profits are Kept Overseas, They then get a Visa/Mastercard Debit card linked to that UNTAXED Overseas Account, and can spend All they want anywhere in the world/
Visa and Mastercard told the IRS to go pound sand Years ago regarding this issue.
