I don’t believe impairment is an issue. If the child is so feeble physically then they will go to God without passing in any genes. I believe that the outcome of such a union, or the outcome of rape has still the right to life.
Personally the only kind of abortion I will not oppose is where the Mother’s life or health is at risk. That is then the Mother’s decision.

ANY comment which expresses a devaluation of the life of another human being is offensive to me. If such comments are not offensive to you, perhaps you should think about just why that is.
An abortion law “with exceptions for rape and incest” might be politically acceptable, but it should never stand up in any coherent system of law. The purpose of using a law like this in a Supreme Court challenge is to put a case in front of the court that is built entirely on the idea that an unborn child is subject to all protections under the law as a real person. Allowing for exceptions in the case of rape and incest would have undermined the core legal argument behind the law.
Yes, but this law will never make it to the Supreme Court. It will be struck down by a lower court and the Supreme Court will decline to hear it, letting the lower court ruling stand. When the question of Roe v. Wade reaches the Supreme Court it will be by the appealing of one of the less draconian laws prohibiting abortion that other states have passed.
I see no separation between the incest clause and the rape clause.

I will personally pay all care for any woman who is pregnant and rape offender is in prison. I will also take and raise the child. No issue.
Murder is not acceptable punishment for a crime someone else committed.
I think the entire rape / incest exemption is just a camel nose under the tent argument. The truth is probably less than 0.01 percent of abortions.
You misunderstood my comment. I don’t think abortion has a place in society. If it’s a both will die scenario, then it’s a medical decision inside the family. Otherwise murder is murder. Having said that, I completely understand that most abortions are of those society really doesn’t want or need. That’s the facts. More welfare, criminal, psychotic takers will be born. What a screwed up choice. My choice will always be life.
With the medical community as it is today the instances of choosing between the life of the child and mother are rare. it’s also very rare for a rape victim to become pregnant.
