Hundreds of 'African Migrants' Protest for Entry at Texas Border Bridge.....

They claim that Cuban migrants are being given preferential treatment. (already crying victim before they get here)

A large group of African migrants gathered on the south side of the Laredo Port of Entry to protest U.S. immigration policies that are keeping them from entering the U.S. to claim asylum, KGNS reported. The group claims that “not enough is being done” to help them get asylum into the U.S.

In response to the protests of the African migrants waiting in Nuevo Laredo, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials released a statement published by KGNS.

“The number of inadmissible individuals CBP is able to process varies based upon case complexity; available resources; medical needs; translation requirements; holding/detention space; overall port volume; and ongoing enforcement actions.”

CBP goes on to say, “Port of entry facilities were not designed to hold hundreds of people at a time who may be seeking asylum. And we are also charged with keeping the flow of legitimate trade and travel.”

Now we can have Ebola on top of measles outbreaks

Wasn't it a bit suspicious, an epidemic of HUNDREDS of cases nationwide? Now the Nation of Sheep has been conditioned to accept, be bullied into, even forced by legislation, to have a vaccination to prevent catastrophe. What if it's a new vaccine, with no research about its long term consequences? But it's good for the herd!! I contend that people should think ahead about if they take it.

They don’t care to understand the threat of their diseases being carried into our country. They figure they’ll get free medical care so no problem!

All according to plan.

2 years ago, the whole world saw on the news when the whole ‘family separation’ thing broke out how easy it was to get into the U.S. “Just get inside, and then there’s nothing they will do about it”

So now it’s not just Mexico, which virtually had a monopoly on mass (undocumented) migration into the U.S... It’s everyone on the planet that doesn’t respect migration laws.

Trump is prolonging this until he can use it as an election chip. Meanwhile, millions of invaders are coming in. Consider the following:

http://joshblackman.com/blog/2017/02/05/the-statutory-legality-of-trumps-executive-order-on-immigration/

8 U.S.C. § 1182(f) The government’s statutory case hinges primarily on 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f), which provides:

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

A few important points about the text. First, the provision affects “the entry of any aliens.” During debates about the executive order, pundits have conflated two issues: the granting of visas and the decision to allow someone to enter the United States. These are distinct questions. Even if an alien arrives at an airport with a valid visa, he may not be permitted entry to the United States. For example, if a person shows up at a border checkpoint, and exhibits symptoms of a communicable disease (Ebola or SARS), the government can detain him, and subject him to an expedited removal process. Even though he is literally on U.S. soil, and has valid papers, until he crosses the check point, he is not actually within the legal boundaries of the United States. Here, judicial process is slim to none.

Second, the provision delegates virtually unfettered discretion for the President to determine what is “detrimental to the interests of the United States.” As a constitutional matter, it isn’t even clear if such a delegation is necessary, as this authority (I would contend) is inherent in the President’s Article II powers. But here it is in the statute. In terms of Justice Jackson’s concurrence in Youngstown, we are squarely in the First Tier, where the Executive’s authority is at its apex.

Third, the provision gives the President wide, wide latitude. His proclamation can last “for such period as he shall deem necessary.” In other words, there is no temporal limitation. This power also includes the authority to “suspend” the “entry” (there’s that phrase entry again), or “impose” any “restrictions” the President deems appropriate. The statute expressly countenances a permanent moratorium on not just a single alien on a case-by-case basis, but for a “class of aliens” from entering the United States if the President deems their entry “detrimental to the interests of the United States.” This power is quite broad.

This understanding has long been embraced by the Executive. In an August 1982 OLC Opinion, Assistant Attorney General Theodore Olson advised the President that the Coast Guard could interdict Haitian Flag Vessels, and deny entry to Haitian nationals under 1182(f). (5 U.S. Op. Off. Legal Counsel 242):

I suspect we’re going to get a lot more Africans finding their way to the border. It’s where ‘the masses’ are piling up now rather than Europe. Also they figure they won’t be as noticed blending in with the South Americans darker skinned folks. IF they can get away with it.....already we see there’s fighting, jealousy etc. among the various nationalities...and they travel with their own kind.

We have rules, such as one must seek asylum in the first country entered.

Of course do we enforce these rules? Ha! If these rules were enforced not one Guatemalan or Honduran would be admitted.

What the hell are Africans doing in Mexico, and why aren't they seeking asylum there?

They’re all calling “asylum” and then we fly them back to their country because they don’t qualify.....once that word is out they go for the gold and just cross.
