We’ll see how tough he is or if he is another Deep State crony of guys like Wray, et al. While I’m betting there is still some information/intelligence/emails/texts, that aren’t public knowledge, there’s truckloads of evidence that is public, that should have many of these players awaiting indictment, trial and conviction under the NDAA. They attempted an coup on a duly elected President of the United States. They lied in court to do it. They suborned perjury. They destroyed evidence. They leaked classified intelligence. All of this is known. Not one is in custody.

The NDAA, if I’m not mistaken, allows someone to be detained indefinitely, if they’re suspected of committing an act against the United States. Well, outside of an actual attack, ie ‘93 Trade Center bombing, Oklahoma City, ‘01 Trade Center-Pentagon-Pennsylvania field, what else is there? Attempting to hack the power grid and shut down the country? Attempting to overthrow the President, by whatever means they could conjure up, short of violence?

The Feds use local jails to house folks, while they’re being processed after an arrest, waiting for their bond hearings or going through a case if they can’t afford bail. In Atlanta, they used to use Atlanta Corrections. The people were in a separate part of the jail that the feds basically rented from the city. I say we toss McCabe, Page, Baker, Rice, Comey, Yates, Brennan, Clapper in the DC system while they’re awaiting their respective hearings. Making sure they’re in a pod, with the rest of the folks that DC Metro has locked up. No special treatment. Just in GenPop, like every other crackhead, crack dealer, junkie, car thief, armed robber, murderer, burglar, etc etc. Lets see how long it takes before one of them starts spilling the beans.

Trump has been expanding Gitmo since he took office. My bet is that is where they will be housed as they await their military tribunal trials...
