I refuse to use those Damned self checkouts!!!
If they want ME to checkout Myself then they better have a 50% Discount factored off of My items. And make it 75% if they want Me to Bag My purchases also...

I love the self checkouts. I’m out of the store in a minute and a half. I don’t have to wait for some woman (it’s almost always women) to fumble with her purse, pull out food stamps, write a check, make small talk, pull out dozens of expired coupons, etc. I also don’t have to deal with incredibly stupid checkers. Did I mention change purses?

Time means different things to different people. Not that I’m
in a time constraint but I use the self check out when I have a
few items only. Large amount I go and wait thru the line.
