The crosses are not a law passed by Congress, so there is nothing unconstitutional about them.

Exactly. It is so easy to beat these people if you just think outside the box. Another example, don’t run your custom cake bakery or wedding photography business as a public establishment, run it as a private club, charge basically nothing for a “membership” and sell to whomever you want. I’ve hunted in some dry counties that had bars that worked on this model, there’s no reason Christians/conservatives/whomever has the government’s boot on their neck couldn’t do it too. Heck, we could probably set up entire private towns/communities that work that way is we had or wanted to. We’re in a war with the left and we need to stop thinking conventionally to beat them.
