War time rape is a natural Darwinian action that perpetuates the strong and eliminates the weak.

I highly doubt that a rapist (outside of war) is trying to just pass his genes along. He’s committing an act of violence just as is done when at war.

If you want to go the Darwinist route, you could make the same or similar case for any act of aggression—survival of the fittest and all. Civilization is intended to curb that primary aggression. It is no excuse , but the fact is that rape has been virtually a universal occurrence in warfare anytime the combatants encounter civilians especially.
