Yes, thanks and honor to the man who demonstrated manly and courteous sacrifice in this sad incident. His courage inspired others to step forward as well and lives were spared. Hail, Mr. Castillo!

and Kendrick Castillo was a first responder who did what he needed to do, though he was handicapped by shallow minds.

It’s not good to die young, no matter how good your actions were.
Castillo is definitely a hero here. I salute the kid. It’s just a damned shame the Lefties so screwed with the minds of the other two kids, that they felt compelled to do this evilness.

Mr. Castillo, and yes, I refer to this 18 year old as Mr., because he merits the respect due a man, charged the gunman, and saved his fellow students and teachers in doing so.
"Gunman" is no longer an appropriate term to use.

Totally brave man. May his name be revered for many generations to come. They need to name the library or athletic field after him.

Somewhere, sometime soon, someone on CNN is going to call these heros reckless teens whose actions could have cost dozens of lives. Because that is the world in which we love today.

It depends before whom you are on your knees.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in the earth;

They need to create a Kendrick Castillo Medal of Honor for any other person who stops a school shooter.
Sounds like those two misfits weren’t really prepared for the task.

Respectfully, I prefer to reverse the order:
Take a knee for God, but stand for the Flag.
