The judge said he would not hold the city liable because there was not enough evidence the officers were acting with the city’s blessing.
This judge is kinda funny. Of course, there is nothing funny about it to the officers involved.
officers don’t owe this guy a dime.the guy outed himself and they were being true to their job of protecting community from people who do not belong in the community and of theft by the illegal because he has no right to be in the country he has no right to rent or squat or whatever way he got ‘his property’.

This foreign national is not a citizen and thus not covered by the Constitution of the United States.
He’s an illegal alien, here illegally, and every law enforcement officer is charged with complying with the laws of our nation.
This foreign national had to be arrested once they knew his status.
Is this judge that ignorant? What does he think Law Enforcement officer means?
He was enforcing the laws of our nation. End of discussion!

It’s a violation of 8 USC 1325 which is federal criminal code.
And it says quite clearly in the text...”Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed”

And the poseur Graham needs to stop honoring the extra-Constitutional Blue Slip process that allows DemocRATS to steer Judges such as the one in this case to become the confirmed nominee.
