People have been asking me hard questions. What happened to the leaders in the Trump administration, especially the attorney general, Bill Barr, who I have said was due the benefit of the doubt?
How could Mr. Barr, a bright and accomplished lawyer, start channeling the president in using words like “no collusion” and F.B.I. “spying”? And downplaying acts of obstruction of justice as products of the president’s being “frustrated and angry,” something he would never say to justify the thousands of crimes prosecuted every day that are the product of frustration and anger?

Comey knows what is coming. Barr is going to hold him accountable. Comey must demonize Barr so can call his coming prosecution a political act.

They are expending tremendous amounts of money and energy to create what is in effect an alternate reality. They are doing this in anticipation of devastating disclosures and releases by PDJT.
They are going to try to control the narrative by creating mass confusion, hoping their control of the legacy media will be sufficiently influential to pull them through.
They are developing a model for the even more immersive-media future, when virtual reality will allow them to bring even larger segments of the population under their complete control. Separate realities will exist for different political factions.
The models for this are the “flat earth” and “moon-landing hoax” cults on the internet.
