Elizabeth Warren was invited to address a gathering of the First Nations chiefs. She spoke for almost an hour about her plans for increasing the standard of living for all First Nations. She mentioned how she always supported First Nations issues that came forward to her. Although Warren was vague about the details of her plans, she spoke eloquently about her ideas for helping her First Nations sisters and brothers.

At the conclusion of her speech, the chiefs presented her with a plaque inscribed with her new Indian name, "Walking Eagle."

The proud Warren accepted the plaque and then departed. A news reporter asked the chiefs how they came to select the new name they had given to Elizabeth Warren. They explained that "Walking Eagle" is the name given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.
