You wise up!
You are not to covet these things. Whether a person, an animal, an inanimate object... if it is not yours, not supposed to be yours, don’t covet it.
You are your husband’s wife. He is your husband. He belongs to you in that sense. You belong to him. That doesn’t mean you can sell him.
You read a lot of things into scripture that aren’t there.
Notice there’s nothing to women about coveting another woman’s husband. Nothing addressed to women at all about their rights, or property. Even causing a woman to have a miscarriage... do you pay her? No, you pay her husband. You damaged his property, see. Woman is subject to man: “He shall rule over you.” It’s as plain as “right to bear arms.” Men like to have power over women, and the only question is the extent to which they exercise it.
