All those photographers in back of her, but just one allowed in front for the pic you actually see??
I don’t think they are taking her picture, are they?
The only thing, “Weird” is seeing a bunch of of adults on their knees, crowding each other as their strain to take pictures of her sitting on a couch, as if she just returned from a trip to another planet.

I think there’s something more going on than just a scrum of douchebags taking pictures.
Notice the douchebag standing behind the couche with holding his hands together in front of himself. And notice the douchebags holding the microphone booms. And notice the douchebags standing to to her right (our left).
Looks to me like it was scheduled as a photo op that turned into a grill session by scumbags. The photogs were meant to catch her breaking down under the “hard questions”.
And it didn’t work out as planned.
If I’m correct, then it’s a rather important picture because it shows us that the enemy are still trying to game the narrative and create false imagery.
But looking at, literally, the bigger picture and you see why she looks annoyed.

The First Lady is being her normal self (a lady). Its the news media being weird (as usual). That’s the point of releasing this photo.
I think the photo captured a moment that makes you wonder what her thoughts and observations are.
