Don’t know about Libby, but GP interned at the Hudson Institute in 2011 and then was a contract researcher for a couple years. GP left the Institute in 2014.
Basically up until he worked for the Carson campaign (very briefly) and the Trump campaign.
The Hudson Institute has long been a CIA front.
