I was in college decades ago, and big companies’ recruiters would meet with the black student organizations rather than the larger groups for specific majors. They had no use for white male employees that long ago - and they wonder why that same demographic sees little use for college.

It would be interesting to watch what the Chinese owners do when complaints come in that Asian males/ie ethnic Chinese males get passed over for hiring.

plumbing and skin tone are completely irrelevant; select the most qualified person for the job; these memos by executives generalizing about women etc, show their utter stupidity

An acquaintance of mine who works at MS has told me that the “Diversity” push at MS is somewhat different in that they talk a fair amount about diversity of thought/perspective. How much actual focus gets put on that vs physical attributes I don’t know, but at least they’re saying it.

It looks like globalist, anti white, anti male propaganda. Even the "About us" says "We're a guide to the new global economy for people excited by change."

Probably funded by Sore-ass or similar.

'This will not end well.

From the "Our Values" page of Quartz:

Quartz was created for a “post-national” readership: people who are curious about the world far beyond themselves, reject nationalist ideology, and believe that all cultures play a vital role in the global economy. These are also values of our journalism and of our staff. We hire people who bring new perspectives, cultures, experiences, and languages. We reject racism and xenophobia, among our own employees and in the broader political discourse. We believe a more open and connected world is better for everyone.

Smells like George Sore-Ass to me.

ANY type of “affirmative action”, for ANY reason, will invariably result in discrimination against those who are not “affirmed”. There can be no other result. In order to favor one group, another group is disfavored. Anyone who believes otherwise is simply not facing reality.

Diversity is a “snare and delusion”. The Apollo 11 moon landing is the subject of an excellent documentary of the successful, often referenced success, shown at the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. “If we can put a man on the moon why can’t we do whatever...”.

The entire crew that put that success together were white males. Short sleeved, tie wearing, sometimes smoking on the job. white guys put the (white)men on the moon.

In the audience watching with me last week were no ties, no white shirts and few white guys.

We could not staff a similar project like Apollo was today. It would take too long.

Smells like George Sore-Ass to me.

And, like most liberal "beliefs," is self contradictory.

...reject nationalist ideology, and believe that all cultures play a vital role in the global economy.

This clause here cannot exist in the real world.

If we reject national borders, we then become (be default) one culture. The only way to maintain national cultures is to maintain nations--and borders.

These are also values of our journalism and of our staff.

So they are admitting they employ an entire staff of cognitive dissonants. There's more, but you get the idea.

The workplace issue is just to force companies to transfer wealth to targeted preferred minorities to pick up their maintenance costs; if they were worth it, they’d be hired already.

That’s the quandary. If these people are hired only for “diversity” sake and can’t do the job, what happens? Are they fired? Or do they just in a place where they can do the least harm and become window/clock watchers? These are businesses after all and they will lose customers if they put out crap products and services.

So basically the diversity push will represent a tax on business. Despite the propaganda, it will not help the bottom line one iota. Like in the Old Soviet Union, it’s the kind of thing everyone knows, but no one will say.

Diversity for diversity’s sake is just stupid!

Let’s say you want to increase your number of purple people (orange people, sky blue pink people, etc.). So, you decide to bring in/hire the appropriate percentage of purple people.

Let’s say 80% of the prison population is purple. That 80 % of purple people haven’t graduated from high school. That 80% of purple people can’t speak intelligible English. That 80% of purple people never held a steady job other than selling dope.

So you are going to, for “diversity’s sake”, infect your group/work force with people who, 80% of which, have some or all of the aforementioned problems?

“Diversity” can be great if the purple people you hire meet the same minimum standards as the rest of your people.

Yeah, but, purple people have a different culture.

If the people, of ANY COLOR, whose culture includes prison, illiteracy, poor language skills, and lack of any previous gainful employment, you should reject them.

If you want/need to have purple people in your group, find QUALIFIED purple people. Sure it will be harder, as the pool of “qualified” purple people is smaller.

After all, what difference does “color” make? It’s not about “color” it’s about “character”, as some famous guy once said.

Company A hires to have the greatest diversity.
Company B hires to have the greatest talent.

I d*mn well know which company’s products which will be the best.

And if Company B’s employees are all green slime things from the planet Vexus, we still will buy the product.

Unless, of course, the LGBT clowns object because - idiocy.

Diversity in educational backgrounds are essential when bringing a new team together to initiate a project with unique metrics. Skin color, sex, religion, sexual preferences, national origin and all other areas covered under the anti-discrimination act have nothing to do with anything relevant toward achieving that project goal.

Its very valuable for the NWO global anti-Christ Beast System rising up for the last days,

they need compliant homogenised gender-less cogs that neither expect nor receive any personal freedoms,

"plumbing and skin tone are completely irrelevant; select the most qualified person for the job; "

When they actually do this they end up not liking the "optics" of their workforce.

There is no value to diversity. It’s only to avoid massive demonstrations and boycotts put on by race hustlers like al sharpton.
