Devin Nunes: 'Hidden' passage in Mueller report shows scope memo tainted by Trump dossier
The Washington Times ^ | 04-19-2019 | Daniel Chaitin

Posted on 04/19/2019 5:51:48 AM PDT by Kevin in California

House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes, R-Calif., revealed where in special counsel Robert Mueller's report he says "Clinton dirt" tainted the Russia investigation.

During an interview on Fox News, hours after the 448-page report was released, Nunes pointed to a "hidden" passage on page 11 that addresses the scope memo for the yearslong investigation.

"When you look at what happened today, remember we talked a lot about the scope memo. What were the directions given to the special counsel? Well, we now know hidden on page 11, very thinly, still veiled, but we now know they used the Steele dossier, the Clinton dirt, the Clinton-paid-for dirt as part of the memo for the special counsel that directed the special counsel what to do," Nunes told host Sean Hannity.

Not following what this means. Is he saying that they used the fake dossier as a premise to do the SC?

Mark Levin was on Fox this AM. Boy, he laid it out.

the tides are going to turn real fast here. Start with the full release of the FISA documents...

Open up the full testimonies behind closed doors of Susan Rice, and the others.

Go after all of them.

The Republicans need to demand from Nadler that Mueller testify, without time limits, and allow them to cross-examine him. This was not a report, but an editorial essay that would never amount to anything in a court of law.

I agree - and I want Mueller to state for the record, and under penalty of perjur - at which point they reached their conclusion that there was no Russia collusion - and find out why he and the 12 angry democrats waited until after the mid-term elections to let that detail out.

Their WAS collusion with a foreign power! Hillary colluded with a British National who then colluded with Russian Nationals (presumably with the knowledge of Putin) to create a document to bring down then candidate Trump!

Think! Was the dossier helpful to Trump in any way??? Hell no! If there was ANY foreign influence in the 2016 election IT WAS ALL HILLARY's DOING!!!

Depending on the Scope Memo, Mueller should have indicted the whole RAT cabalas he had it all laid before him.

Trump’s polls are still over 50%. The fact there was no crime committed, may make him more popular and the media less popular. Some people need to move on. This investigation has wrecked people’s lives. Why does politics have to be dog eat dog 24/7? It is mass hysteria!

Nunes at40 min mark Mark Levin is before Nunes

Nunes says it is a very important revelation - remember scope memo? that we haven’t seen yet? - Rod Rosenstein directed Mueller to use it - mentions page 11 in the report

Sorry but the real story is Sessions. Appointing Sessions AG was a disaster. There is much more to the Sessions story than anyone knows. Would love to see Sessions financial records dissected by forensic investigators. Suspect there were very large gifts made to him by some people in the “resistance”.

Also don’t think that while Trump is absolved of collusion, the “resistance” will retreat. They still have power and purpose. Notice how none of the people who paid for, wrote the dossier and then used this phony document as an instrument to destroy a President have not been arrested or held accountable.

Trump still does not have control of the Department of Justice, the CIA, NSA or the Pentagon. These agencies continue to thwart his policies. In fact they are now emboldened claiming that their disobedience and obstruction prevented him from performing “obstruction of justice” when he raged against this hoax and subsequent harassing investigation.

If he really controlled CIA, NSA and the Pentagon, Maduro would be gone, the wall would have been constructed and Mexico would have never allowed these migrations from Central America and policy would be radically different in the Mideast.

Mueller may look stupid, but he is as evil as Hillary Clinton. He made sure that Vol. 2, dealing with nothing but the Democrat’s wet dream of “obstruction of justice” by the President, would enable Schumer, Pelosi, Nadler, Waters, et al to keep the investigation of the President going through the 2020 election year.

There isn’t a shred of proof of that. Hillary colluded with a British spy who sat down and created the fake dossier out of whole cloth. The Russians were not involved at all.. ever. The only possible exception was an employee of Steel who had been a Russian and lived in the UK for years. He was later poisoned by the breaths.
This was a 5 eyes CIA operation designed to torpedo Trump and it was fully homegrown.

I’m wondering if Roberts is involved here. Would be great if this led to him getting kicked off the court....

Did or did not her campaign launder the funding of the project through her lawyers? I’d say that was involvement right up to her neck.

Obama also colluded with Andrea Merkel, the GErman, to undermine Trump.

I think Sessions was just weak and NOT the right person for the job. He was afraid to do what Barr is doing.

Mueller could have wrapped this thing up quickly, and the country would have been better for it.

The SC undercut our ability to deal with China and the others, because the media had you believe that Trump going down.

Mueller is cagey enough to know not to testify. It looks like real investigations of real crimes are about to begin. As of now Mueller is not on record about any of BS “investigation” or BS report. If Nadler gets him in front of the committee he will answer Jim Jordan’s questions truthfully or will hang himself in front of a future grand jury or special counsel. I expect Mueller to somehow bug out of testifying and blame it on the law or Trump.

No, it is even worse. Hillary colluded with at least TWO foreign powers, Britain and Russia.

And she has even given us strong hints that the number is greater. During the campaign, she stated that foreign countries supported her, probably referring to the "5 eyes" intelligence sharing coalition. So that would be 4 foreign powers she colluded with plus Russia for a total of 5.

(The US is one of the 5 eyes, and so is Britain meaning there are only 3 more countries in the group to add to the two already known.)

I just love how the RATs are saying the Mueller report shows Trump was/is a bad person, we just can't charge him. They are forgetting that we only have two serious candidates for President in the US.

Hillary's crimes make her look like Beelzebub incarnate compared to Trump.

Didn’t Steele admit, recently, that he made the whole thing up from open source information and gossip? Russians had absolutely nothing to do with it.

And wasn’t one of the names for it, the Pee Dossier, because DJT apparently had hookers pee on a bed. That makes absolutely no sense at all.

Pay some hookers to pee on a bed that “the previous occupant of the White House” slept in, two weeks ago....What does that even mean?

If the story was that, after finding out that the other guy slept in it two weeks ago, he had the hotel swap it out while making some derogatory comment or tossing it off the balcony, then maybe, just maybe you could make something out of it.

But, when this thing first started I was listening to Limbaugh and he was talking about parts of it. Nothing made sense.

Although, you do have to hand it to Steele. Regardless of who paid him, he played the US Intel monster, the DNC and the smartest woman on the planet and made a bundle doing it.
