The likeness of the two creatures featured is seen in great detail. The furrows above the brows on the Black Momba (left)certainly resemble the lines formed by the body of the Momba on the right.
The insignificant telling is the match. How it is about to be lit by scratching her face with the head. Is her skin so tough and wrinkled by life she is certainly able to light the flame. Or, has she been in the dunes so long the sand is embedded in the pores on her face which makes lighting a match as simple as striking it on her scaly skin.

Yes, one fact they can’t hide is the two separate fire alarms/calls. Accidental fires don’t start in two places! However, without more info it’s impossibe to know.
Was a 2100 Watt heating element put between the two wires that shorted?

Look at the video again. About 60 seconds in. Look at the wooden walkways on the split screen/ right hand side. Those must be somewhere high up. Those would not be hard to catch on fire. Then that fire progresses to the large oak beams (800 years old) that hold up the spire and roof.
Regarding my earlier post it appears the authorities are already abandoning Plan B's 'electrical short circuit' excuse for Plan C 'computer glitch' as increasingly speculation for an acceptible, ie. non-terrorism, cause. This may have something to do with the revelation in today's WSJ piece that the last renovators out turned off the electricity, locked the door and gave the key to church official a half hour before the first (thought false) fire alarm. Hard to have an electrical fire when the power is off! Hard to blame temporary elevators if they're behind locked doors. Now, presumably there was still power on, separately, for the fire alarms and perhaps some security cameras

Also intruders had been climbing the scaffolding at night, one left a liquor bottle behind. The scaffolding reached down to the ground.
