Tuesday on CNN, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said the Constitution of the United States of America was at stake in the 2020 presidential election.
Pelosi said, “Let me just say I’m very proud of all of the Democrats who have put themselves forward. They show why they are running. They know what they are talking about and they know how to communicate with the electorate. The electorate, the people will decide who our nominee is, not anything from on high, and I do believe though that the way we won this last election, which was a message of simplicity for the people—lower healthcare costs, bigger paychecks, cleaner government, that’s the kind of message that we’ll bring forward. A unifying message that again addresses the insecurity of American will be pretty exciting.”

I’m highly skeptical of Nancy’s concern for the Constitution, as “progressives” traditionally detest it.
She’s right, from her point-of-view, the living, breathing constitution that leftists interpret anyway they care to is at stake. Another four years of Trump judicial appointees would likely result in at least a decade or two of strict interpretation of the constituion.
Nancy just found out RBG is not going to last much longer.
Actually I am serious.
More than anything else in Politics, Nancy is constantly checking the pulse of the Supreme Court.
She now knows RBG and Bryer are not going to make it another 4 years.

How can the people that sh!t all over the Constitution pretend to revere it? As she blabbers, her people are running the National Popular Vote project which is a blatant and probably illegal end-run around the Constitution.
