I understand peoples position however I don't see Notre Dame as others might.... and I certainly don't care for ‘medieval gothic’ artistry which it was obviously designed with throughout and in the design of it's architecture. Each to his own, but this building holds loss to those who hold it dear to them as something 'iconic' and other reasons each would hold. It does not to me.
