The indictment doesn’t alleged that he actually hacked the system. It uses his own words against him. He and Manning engaged in a conspiracy to hack a Dept of Defense password.
Yeah thanks but no kidding. I am merely pointing out that the indictment does not allege that the conspiracy to hack the password actually succeeded in obtaining the password or in using it to hack the system. Legally, it does not need to allege that and as I noted a crime is still crime regardless of whether it “succeeds”. But as a factual matter, the allegations strike me as pretty thin.

Try to understand what is at stake. If the Democrat/Socialist/globalists use this current crisis to come to power, it is not an exaggeration to say the American nation is at risk. This is a serious fight. Some would call it a death match. Not every guy in your army is someone you would want to know or like. However if he is advancing in the right direction and willing to fight the bad guys, don’t split hairs, complain or drive them away.
