I fear the other side ignoring Judges someday if we start doing it, so if there is a better way to stop them, Im all for it.
The people of CA voted for prop 187 which cut off benefits to illegals and the courts shut it down but they never appealed the ruling.
According to the Mexican constitution Americans legally in Mexico Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced .In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..
Yup, and California kept voting Democrat.
Now California is a one party state with a government by, of and for illegal aliens
Remember all the injunctions against ObaMao’s administration? Probably not, because he simply ignored them. Remember, he had a phone and a pen and did pretty much as he pleased even after losing both houses of congress.
This is the reason Trump is cleaning house at DHS.
Some politicized judge places an illegal blanket injunction staying a Trump policy in a crisis situation and the DHS adopts the additiude of our hands are tied , we have to obey the injunction while the illegal aliens and their allies in Congress allow the crisis to get worse and worse due to the paralysis of the system
In most cases, they already do. Therefore, you lose nothing by ignoring renegade judges at least until the ruling is from SCOTUS.
Need to win back the House and elect a working conservative GOP majority in the Senate as contrasted with current mono-party, Rat+RINO majority. Then we can write laws making the necessary changes with constitutionally correct clauses removing Article 1 judicial oversight thereof. The Jacksonian and potentially Trumpian executive branch judicial override is arguable, but harder to define. A Congressional limitation of permitted judicial jurisdiction (excepting they can’t limit the primary jurisdiction of the Supreme court) would be on solid grounds.
we must ignore these. theyvhave zero power over tge president.
I have a hard time imagining how she got those kids. Must have been a desperate blind man.
Hopefully the rest of the country will agree with us.
If not, then Trump’s eight years as president will be for naught.
While many here keep getting “itchy”, President Trump keeps building the set for stemming the flow of illegal invaders....
I knew she was going to be neighbor material when she called refried beans and tortillas pig food instead of being grateful to be given food. NOT. That is when I knew for certain these are not people fleeing for their lives and walking thousands of miles as we were being told at the time.
I just hope she was fed refried beans and tortillas as her last meal in the US before being deported.
