I think it is clear obama was behind all the spying on the Trump campaign. When that failed he was either behind it or deeply involved in Russia Russia Russia.
From all the texts between FBI people and others we know they were very confident she would win and this would all go away. Therefore they didn’t make much effort to hide their tracks.
