No, Erdogan protects ISIS, al Qaeda (Nusra), the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, Hamas and the FSA Jihadi’s.

What just happened? 1st the CHP (Kemalists) were attacked by him and they are bowing up a bit. 2nd the Kurds had an unwritten agreement to support the CHP (Kemalist opposition) in the cities. Those 2 things caused the shift.

Another element, their economy is in shambles because of his excesses and his over spending on palaces and the like. Plus his military involvement in Iraq and Syria.

He is supported by Qatar, but he is getting pressure from the US and the EU. Turkish currency has collapsed and this is coming home to Turkey with high prices.

We wait, but I don’t think it will be for long.

Yes, I’m familiar with Zaman.

Here is another extremely well connected Turkish Journalist who is exiled in Findland. He was top of one of the largest papers in Turkey before the coup. Just squeaked out before he was arrested. It has lasted far longer than he expected. He fully understands what is happening.

Yes indeed.

And I think the CHP win in Istanbul and Ankara must have rattled him.

CHP are not child play.
