This scam was not approved by Congress. It has no authority as a treaty would have. Democrats must think we are all as stupid as their voters are.

We're already out, and it doesn't require any funding.

Kyoto Protocols we never joined, either, yet met the goals without any of the crushing regulations - but no one celebrates that, because meeting the goals wasn't the point - it was the regulations and government power that were never allowed to materialize.
