You don't know what you are talking about. I have posted on dissenter and don't have a browser extension. I don't use a phone for internet, but I doubt any extension would be needed for a phone either.

Why are they saying that?
OK. Doing a little more research it looks like there’s a web app you can log into and use to post and view comments in lieu of downloading the extension.
The article didn’t mention that.
