The report does not exonerate the president because the IG cannot exonerate nor prosecute from the findings. That is the AG’s job and it sounded like the AG exonerated the president today when he said based off the report there was no findings of criminality towards collusion and because there was no underlying criminal act done there can be no crime of obstruction. Sounds exonerated to me by the AG.

You’re mostly right but think about it - nobody is exonerated. You’re either charged with a crime or you’re not. Suppose you have a traffic accident and the police investigate, take breath alcohol sample, check your phone, the works. If the results convince the prosecutor to make a case against you, you’ll be charged. Otherwise, you go on about your business. Prosecutors always have the final call because that’s their job. Ask any cop.
Unrelated - but note that President Trump just gained a huge amount of bargaining strength with North Korea. You might say he’s got a little more flexibility now...

This bonehead should look it up. The word “invaders” means people who are invading... which they are. It doesn’t dehumanize anyone.
The refugees were offered asylum by Mexico... Yet they refused saying they were headed to the US. That’s all you need to know.
