THC, being fat soluble, stays in the system for a long time.

While in fat cells it is not binding to receptors - and it leaches out of the fat cells so slowly that no effect from it has been observed.

I was thinking along the lines of, it seems like a disconnect between laws and employment policies.

I can definitely understand if a drug is illegal that employers can screen out drug users.

I’m just wondering legally if they can still do this, assuming that someone is not coming to work drunk or high, if they drink alcohol or use recreational marijuana.

I just want to State also I do not use drugs I don’t condone drug use. The comments I have placed on this thread are more along the lines of what happens when the attorneys get involved with these sorts of questions
