Electing Trump only staved off the inevitable for a term or two. If Hillary had been elected, she would have provoked a civil war by now, which would have gotten this fight over and done with much sooner.
Obama provoked a similar response, which led to Trump. A Hillary presidency would probably lead to the complete destruction of the Democrat party and the total dismemberment of the left-liberal agenda in this country.

Sure, he'll go to court in a heartbeat, but that is the weakest possible response from a president who already has the legal and constitutional authority to do his job. Had he been willing to use the full power of his office in the beginning, he could have put the other side on defense, and had them all running for cover.

That would have been completely acceptable in times past. Not now, when the forces of darkness are on the cusp of stealing Congress and the White House in 2020.

From day one, Trump should have put the entire domestic enemy contingent on notice:
"As President, I intend to use the full weight and power of this office to restore the rule of law in this country, no matter the cost. I swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and our great nation, and so help me God, I fully intend to keep that solemn promise, no matter what it takes."
Honestly, I'd like to hear more forceful language than that, but I'd be satisfied with anything along those lines, as long as he backed up his words with real action.
The point is, we're passed the point of dealing with our national ills on a business-as-usual basis. If the President is incapable of executing the sort of bold moves that are required to get a handle on our nation's existential problems, then it will ultimately fall to the people to do the job - and that won't be pretty by any means.
They could certainly leak them, but unless there's some benefit in it for them, it'll never happen. They already got the benefit of snooping on our most sensitive classified information, so what's it to them?
