Sure, he'll go to court in a heartbeat, but that is the weakest possible response from a president who already has the legal and constitutional authority to do his job. Had he been willing to use the full power of his office in the beginning, he could have put the other side on defense, and had them all running for cover.

I think you are right. Trump missed a golden opportunity clean out his executive branch agencies at the outset of his presidency. The Left took full advantage of their presence in his administration to undermine him. And they are STILL doing that today.
