Washington governor and 2020 candidate Jay Inslee (D.) said on Sunday he thinks he has humility about being a straight white male, saying he recognizes the advantages he's received as a result of that identity.
"Our new CNN/Des Moines Register poll shows only 38 percent of likely Democratic caucus-goers in Iowa say they would be satisfied with a straight white male nominee," CNN anchor Jake Tapper said. "So why are you as a straight white male the right person to lead the Democratic party if there's so much skepticism from Democrats in Iowa?"

Now white males not only have to be ashamed of being white and male, but have to be ashamed of being straight and all of the advantages that bestows on us.

Then why are you the governor, Jay? Resign right now and make way for a wymyn, a person of color or a LGBTABCEQYZZTXXYT person. Its outrageous that you don’t resign, apologize to the world for being born and then jump off a cliff.

I thought Affirmative Action and EEO gave the advantage. At least in employment, college acceptance, and government contracts for minority businesses. If you fail after that, it’s whiteys fault.

Being a normal human being is one of the toughest things that liberal white males have to deal with on a daily basis. They prefer being a freak of nature which comes natural to them.

Apologizing for the fixed fact of gender, or the equally fixed fact of ethnic origin, is an exercise in deceit and a bid to pander to a certain segment of the electorate. But like all identity politics, it is doomed to failure the moment it offends ANOTHER segment of “identity politics”.
How about campaigning on a set of POSITIVE virtues to be brought to the benefit of humanity everywhere?

is when a person feels the need to atone for his guilt by sacrificing his rational mind in order to please the group he wants to be a part of.
There are obvious solutions to this problem. Just come out as gay and/or trans. Nobody will dare claim you’re not, and you can be an affirmative action candidate.
