I would think so. The particulars of Kennedy’s eloquent argument, and the fact that it was a 7-2 decision, may make this a very powerful precedent.
In fact, I think this ruling sets a much broader precedent that may apply to a great many cases, namely, that protecting one right (in this case freedom of sexual orientation) does not justify sacrificing another right (in this case freedom of religion).
This strikes at the heart of the Left’s identity politics, which is ultimately a disingenuous attempt to deprive citizens of our right to preferences the Left doesn’t agree with - simply by calling our preferences “hate”.

I think the Left’s identity politics and political correctness indoctrination have poisoned the language, so that people can no longer speak and act according to their preferences without being falsely accused of hating. As a culture, we need to restore the true meaning to our words, and Kennedy’s SCOTUS opinion was a step toward doing that.

The bake shop was OUT of the 75 mile radius. Add another 50 miles from the original 25 mile search grid and there’s an additional 20 bake shops as per Yelp which even makes wedding cakes.

Nowadays, only agreement and compliance will be “tolerated” by the Left. To simply disagree is now equated with Hate.
Of course hatred has been turned into a Crime. Hate Crime Laws (thought crime) are clearly Unconstitutional, yet they are on the Books and punishable by Law.
Hate is a motive, but it isn’t a Crime unto itself, or at least that’s how it should be in our Constitutional Republic. Just another piece of our Freedom cast aside.
