GOP nightmare as Alabama's Roy Moore signals he might run again
Washington Examiner ^ | 02/28/19

Roy Moore, a conservative lightning rod who cost the Republican Party a Senate seat in deep-red Alabama, is signaling fresh interest in mounting another campaign in 2020, sparking alarm on the right that Democratic Sen. Doug Jones could be gifted another unlikely victory.

Moore, 72, a former state judge, made the rounds at last Friday’s Alabama Republican Party dinner gala. A few days later, a new political action committee run by Moore’s son, Caleb Moore, issued an email fundraising appeal.

Republican insiders, including conservative allies of President Trump, fret that Moore — derailed by sexual assault allegations in a 2017 special election that should have been an easy layup — might divide the party in the primary and advance to a rematch with Jones. On Wednesday, a Moore confidant pointedly declined to rule out that his buddy might run for Senate next year.

He was twice removed from office for refusing to comply with a superior court order. By the people of Alabama.

Which is actually his absolute best qualification for Senator.

I do not hold with the cuckservatives who keep wimping out on fights with the out of control federal judiciary. All we've gotten from people like that is more federal overreach.

Moore is exactly right on the fundamental law involved, and those Federal Judge bastards are absolutely wrong. Moore did the right thing, and the state rallied around him for doing it.

A federal judge should have jailed him for contempt.

A bunch of Federal Judges should be tarred and feathered, and rode out of town on a rail. I am sick of people kowtowing to those arrogant lying bastards, and it's way past time we told a bunch of Federal judges to "go f*** themselves."

He did not respect the rule of law and was unfit for office.

Incorrect. The judge did not respect the rule of law, and the Judge was unfit for office. And you are siding with the F***ing enemy.

Moore was exactly what the nation needed. Someone who wasn't such a P*SSY that he was afraid to stand up for what was factually correct.

At this point there’s no rehabilitating him, and he need to go away.
I certainly want the Republicans to win the Senate seat. Full Stop.

The thing to understand is that Moore was very slightly more in the wrong than Judge Kavanaugh was. Which is to say, hardly at all.

When you get to dealing with “recovered memory” testimony, you basically have no evidence at all. It just looks like it. Professor Ford’s testimony was worthless because a psychiatrist “helped her recover the memory” to which she testified so emotionally. And the “help” of the psychiatrist is a black box - HIPPA would forbid any inquiry into it. What defense attorney would allow testimony which was coached rather than coming from the memory of the witness? What kind of “due process” is that????

And yet that is just what “recovered memory” amounts to. The WaPo should be sued into oblivion for using it in Moore’s case, and the same is true for all of the media in the Kavanaugh case.

“Moore did the right thing, and the state rallied around him for doing it. “

Nay, the State of Alabama removed Roy Moore from office for violations of state laws.

You know, those crazy radicals in Birmingham under the influence of AOC and Pelosi.

” In closing arguments, the Assistant Attorney General said Moore’s defiance, left unchecked, “undercuts the entire workings of the judicial system ... What message does that send to the public, to other litigants? The message it sends is: If you don’t like a court order, you don’t have to follow it.”[48] Moore had previously stated his belief that the order was unlawful, and that compliance with such an order was not an enforceable mandate.

The next day, the COJ issued a unanimous opinion ruling that “Chief Justice Moore has violated the Alabama Canons of Judicial Ethics as alleged by the JIC in its complaint.” The COJ had several disciplinary options, including censure or suspension without pay, but because Moore’s responses had indicated he would defy any similar court orders in the future, the COJ concluded that “under these circumstances, there is no penalty short of removal from office that would resolve this issue.”[49] Moore was immediately removed from his post.

Moore appealed the COJ’s ruling to the Supreme Court of Alabama on December 10, 2003. A special panel of retired judges and justices was randomly selected to hear the case. Moore argued that the COJ did not consider the underlying legality of the federal courts’ order that the monument be removed from the courthouse. The Alabama Supreme Court rejected this argument, saying that the COJ did not have the authority to overrule the federal courts, only to determine whether Moore violated the Canons of Judicial Ethics. Therefore, the Court reasoned, it was enough to show that a procedurally-valid order was in place against Moore. Moore also argued that the COJ had imposed a religious test on him to hold his office, and that the COJ’s actions had violated his own rights under the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.[50]

The Supreme Court of Alabama rejected each of these arguments as well, and ruled on April 30, 2004, that the COJ had acted properly. The court also upheld the sanction of removal as appropriate.[50] “

The State of Alabama removed Roy Moore, not the Feds.

It’s a good thing Roy Moore was not a Muslim determined to enforce Islamic law, and ignore all other law.

Yes, he didn't bow down and kiss the robe of the Federal tyrant, and so the petty little bitchboys of the remaining Alabama judiciary decided to punish him for his temerity in not joining them in felating the judge.

Those bitchboys of the Alabama supreme court were in the wrong. Moore was the only one with the balls to stand up to Federal overreach.

We don't need more submissive cuckolds prostrating themselves before those @$$hole Federal judges, we need more people unified in fighting them in every way possible, and defying them when necessary.

So often do the sheep object to a goat.

The state’s AG office prosecuted the case against him.

Under a conservative Republican Governor, Bob Riley.

Lot of cuckolds out there that need to be rooted out of positions of power.

These people have been why the Liberal juggernaut keeps winning and the country keeps getting worse. They simply won't fight back against anybody except those people trying to stop the liberal juggernaut.

Read Black Box Voting for yourself.
Go to those links on Bennie Smith, a Memphis computer programmer, and read how he discovered how it's done.
WHY would a vote count program need to count a PERCENTAGE of a vote ?
It should be for WHOLE NUMBERS ONLY, and NOT PERCENTAGEs of ONE vote !
