It is funny to hear it has become only a "Trump bashing gig"... I was offended by the left and Hollywood back in the mid-80s while Reagan was president.

I left on election eve in 1984 from the Dayton Airport, and while waiting in line with my dad to see me off, Carter came on and conceded. My dad was talking about worrying about me going to Korea, and I looked at dad and said, "Its gonna be alright now with Reagan, and Iran is going to give back our hostages now too. So that's the way it turned out. We had faith in Reagan, like Trump. I had no faith in Dole, or Romney, or McCain all of which Time had come for them...

The awards shows and the industry itself are mostly homeschooled actors who never really learn to socialize with other people outside their immediate home bubble or parents work place.
