The man who was shot dead by a Napa County sheriff’s deputy after he fired at her point blank during a traffic stop was a Mexican national in the country illegally after being deported multiple times, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“We are in compliance with state law. That is the law of the state of California, and the county intends to comply with state law,” said Napa County Supervisor Vallea Ramos.
California is a sanctuary state. When police get murdered by illegal aliens that is just too bad.
State law in California is in direct contravention of federal law.
Local officials need to be charged with aiding and abetting.

Right there is the answer to recidivism. Ain’t no way that thug is going to commit any more crimes, he isn’t going to cost the country another dime in deporting expenses, and he won’t be back.
