So theses states WANT to be overrun by unskilled, unsophisticated illiterates who will overtax our health care, education, welfare and prisons systems? What do they like? The fact that they will speak Spanish, and only Spanish? That they will defecate on any given street corner? That they will bring drugs, disease and gang violence into every neighborhood in America? That they will undercut American workers’ wages? What? What am I missing?

states have no standing to sue regarding emergency declarations. Only the congress has the right to overturn through a joint resolution. Trump should tell the judiciary they have no role.

But hey already did give their approval years ago when they passed a law giving him the authority. Trump also has the Constitutional authority to protect our nation from enemies foreign and domestic.

The fastest track to the SCOTUS is via the 9th. Most over turned court in the country.
