WARSAW, Poland – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office on Thursday released a video of a closed meeting in which senior Gulf Arab officials play down the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, defend Israel's right to defend itself, and describe Iran as the greatest threat to regional peace.
The video, bearing the insignia of Netanyahu's office, gave a rare glimpse into the behind-the-scenes contacts the Israeli leader frequently boasts of, but which are rarely seen in public. The video was recorded on a mobile device and it was not clear who took it.
Netanyahu's office briefly made the YouTube video available to a small group of journalists traveling with him before quickly removing it. It was unclear whether his office intended to leak the information or distributed it mistakenly. But the decision to take the video down indicated the Gulf officials, whose governments do not have formal diplomatic relations with Israel, had not consented to its release.
The edited, 25-minute video shows a series of comments made by officials from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates on a panel discussion at a U.S.-sponsored security conference in Warsaw. Some 60 nations participated in the gathering, which was focused heavily on countering Iran's growing influence in the region.
Bahrain's foreign minister, Khalid Al Khalifa, made some of the toughest comments, saying that Iran is a far bigger threat to regional security than the long-running Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Netanyahu is neither an idiot nor a neophyte. I'm suspicious this leak wasn't approved of by the participating Arabs. Sends a message to both Iran and the palestinians.

Besides there can likely be a major war before then if Iran keeps pressing. If so then, the Palestinians will not be neutral. Perhaps the “plan” is that after Israel is crushed there will be some sort of escape route for the remaining Jews.
There will be blood - which is much to the mad mullahs liking, since it will further their religious aim to bring the 12th Imam out of the well he climbed into 600 years ago.
If Israel nukes them so much the better - just more blood to wake the little guy in the well - the mullahs do not care how many of them die and have said as much over the years. The 12th Imam’s return is everything.
He will then lead the entire human race to their Paradise, aka extinction.
That is fine and good, and it will last as long as Iran - a Shia Muslim theocratic dictatorship - is a threat to the Sunni Muslim dictatorship-Shiekdoms of the Gulf; then they will go back to their typical Isreal bashing in th name of the paslestinian “cause”.
I say to Isreal, watch out for the fall of the theocrats in Iran, for when that day comes, the Sunni Muslim leaders in the Middle East will not be your new best friends, they will revert to being your old worst enemies.
I seriously doubt Bibi would leak any such video without permission of the others. I’ve a lot of issues with him but he’s not stupid. This was ageeed. There are many Muslims who are sick and tired of the Fakestinians and — while they wish otherwise — they realize that the fakestinian attempt to steal the Jewish promised land ( as “given the Jews by allah” in their Koran!) must end.

The Palestinians were the Soviets useful idiots. They were created as the terrorist wing to enforce global communism. I think several Arab countries realize the Palis are going to fight for Iran and want Israel to know they are against Iran.
What many fail to realize is Israeli military leaders have been talking with their Arab counterparts for more than a generation. They all know the deal.
