>> RAT controlled states Nevada, New Mexico, Maryland and Delaware have rescinded all official requests for a constitutional convention. <<

And yet the much FURTHER LEFT RAT controlled states with an OVERWHELMINGLY Democrat legislature such as California, Illinois, and Vermont continue to stand by their support for an Article V convention. In my home state of Illinois for example, it was almost an entirely a party line vote, with the Democrats SUPPORTING a constitution convention and the Republicans adamantly AGAINST it.

So, why do you think that is?

there are 14 that have passed AL, AK, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, LA, MO, ND, OK, TN, Tx, Ut. Why are none of these massively RAT controlled states not in this list if they are so for it?

Good question. California, Vermont, and Illinois were the FIRST three states to pass a convention of the states in 2014 (citing the reason as a desire to overturn Citizens United), and they have NOT rescinded those resolutions.

Given that this website continually lists new states and
gloats about how many states have joined now, I think they “forgot” the total and “neglected” to mention the first states on the list because it goes against their propaganda that a convention of the states would be a good thing for constitutional conservatives instead of the fact that far-leftists were the ones who came up with the idea and put it into the motion to begin with.

Thirteen! An auspicious number in American Independence!

I think this is a very bad idea. Opening up the Constitution will open up a can of worms the likes of which we haven’t seen before.

That is what they thought right before the Civil War. 600000 Americans died . Half the country in ruins and admendments added that Centralized power in Washington. Is that better than an outcome that Congress has sent to the states many times already?

“My fear is that the left will be able to use this to do away with the Electoral College. I see too much potential downside.”

Exactly. Lord knows what would happen. Please see my previous post on this thread. We would be playing with fire.
