Two Nigerian brothers who “have a relationship” with “Empire” star Jussie Smollett have been arrested in the alleged hate attack on the TV actor — further fueling speculation he staged it, Chicago police said Friday.

They were just released without any charges. CPD says they have more investigating to do.

I think the question then is-- did these guys turn on Smollett or are the cops/DA not going to pursue this hoax because of political correctness?
If it was a hoax Mr Smallit should be prosecuted and made to pay for the Resources that were wasted on this.

I think Chicago PD could use some help from the FBI.

One of the Nigerians tried to murder someone in Chicago, and got an unbelievable deal: probation!
They are well known to Police.
Relationships fore and aft.
Could this story be wrapped up by tomorrow ... or Tuesday, since government is about to go on vacation again?
