Happened that may actually happened today
I’ve been at this job for 19 months and every single month I’m somewhere between 200 and 1000 per cent of quota like this month I will be 700% of the quota
But there is a real lack of trust and I don’t understand it I’m not somebody that you have to ask to go do their damn job
So, I’m going to have a discussion about the stress thing but in the hell out of me
And inform them that I would make three to five times as much anywhere else if you can’t overcome this
Am I drive would be 10 minutes away from my door instead of an hour and a half away
Thing is kind of like this job is fun
If I’m not going to stay in a relationship where I’m not trusted
Good for you. I am so happy that you are going to leave that place that does not respect you. Life is too short and you show dedication and professionalism at the job and do more then expected. Companies will be knocking down doors to get you. Good Luck!!!!!
