I remember LICENCE TO KILL (1989)...Agent 007 captures Franz Sanchez, a notorious drug dealer...
Sanchez tells people that anyone who helps him escape will get 2 million dollars...That happened in the interrogation room.

Later, Sanchez is transported in a big transport bus...DEA agent Ed Killifer is next to the driver. He is carrying a shotgun...Suddenly Killifer attacks the driver with the butt of the shotgun...Killifer drives the bus into water. Sanchez and Killifer are rescued in the water by several divers...
