This is where Mr. Dowd is dead wrong. There will be a report. There will be a lengthy report outlining Trump surrogate's efforts to thwart his (Mueller's) investigation at every turn. The report will suggest that Mueller would have found his collusion were it not for the stonewalling, deception, and outright lying by these Trump surrogates. The report will lament the missed opportunity to personally interview Trump, and suggest that such an omission further hampered a thorough and complete investigation.

In short, there will be a 1,000 page report with enough quotable lines, designed specifically for the MSM to echo in their breathless and fawning coverage of the report release, that it will attempt to be the dominate subject of the 2020 elections.

That's the definition of sedition which is a 20 year jail sentence. There was ZERO probable cause to investigate him, no one single solitary shred of evidence or anything to even suggest a suspicion of Trump being involved with the Russians. [2017] Mueller’s Role in Delivering Uranium to Russians Raises Questions

While the revelation of a secret meeting involving Robert Mueller in the delivery of uranium to the Russians, by itself, does not prove anything of a criminal or unethical nature, it does raise questions that merit an investigation.

After all, when Mueller was FBI director under the Obama administration, he was trusted enough by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to carry out this mission. If it was a diplomatic mission, why was the FBI director involved?

And if it was a law enforcement mission, why was Clinton involved?

Hillary Clinton & Robert Mueller Linked in Russian Uranium Exchange

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton facilitated a uranium exchange with Russian law enforcement by former FBI Director (and current chief Deep State inquisitor) Robert Mueller.

The exchange was exposed via a recent Wikileaks publication of a secret cable between Hillary’s State Department and the Russian embassy.

Hillary sent Mueller to Moscow with orders to turn over a 10 gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) which was obtained during a shadowy 2006 nuclear “sting” operation conducted in the Georgian Republic.

The ostensible reason for the transfer was to engender further trust between Russian and American law enforcement in the area of nuclear materials and to learn more about how to trace nuclear materials.

But when it comes to Hillary and Russian uranium interests, the shady Uranium One deal cannot pass unnoted.

There still has been no real investigation into how Hillary gave permission for a Russian company to acquire a quarter of the North American uranium reserves after Russian interests poured hundreds of millions into the Clinton Foundation and gave Bill Clinton six figure speaking fees.

At the very least, this exchange raises serious questions about the ability of Robert Mueller to do his job as special prosecutor on the Russian collusion charges since he already has connections to major figures in Russian law enforcement.

It will basically say, 'although we can't find any proof of political crimes or Trump collusion with Russia, we couldn't find anything to disprove anything either. Considering all the rumors and innuendoes it's likely something criminal happened but we can't prove anything'.

This will give the media and Democrats the opportunity to say, every time they report on Trump, that the final report didn't clear Trump of any crime just that Mueller couldn't prove any crime.
