Clinton offered Arafat almost everything he wanted and Arafat said,no.
They do not want peace.
They do not want a compromise.
I would declare open season on their entire leadership. Keep assassinating them wherever they are, until the ones who survive are the ones willing to have peace.
I would include on the list whoever is paying them. The reason Arafat refused peace, is because he understood that peace would cause an end to funding.
