As a second partial government shutdown looms in Washington over border discussions, Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday will order the removal of roughly 360 National Guard members from California’s southern boundary with Mexico, repudiating President Trump’s characterization of a recent influx of Central American refugees and migrants as a national security crisis.
The announcement comes just one day before the governor delivers his first State of the State address Tuesday, setting the stage for Newsom to counter Trump’s State of the Union address from last week.

Allow illegals to be counted in the Census same as citizens.
Offer Sanctuary and benefits to illegals.
Open the borders.
Increases Dems representation in Congress which also adds to their Electoral Votes.
President Trump needs to federlse the CA and NM National Guard and send all of them to the border.
They would stay parked on a railroad track and ignore a guy in a red MAGA hat screaming at them to move right up to the moment a freight train crashes onto them. Because, you know, Trump.
Is there anything more petty than a grandstanding Democrat during a Republican presidency? Holy crap. Gavin Newsom is such a pitiful individual.
He has final say over the Guard in each state, right?

National Guard units can be mobilized for federal active duty to supplement regular armed forces during times of war or national emergency declared by Congress, the President or the Secretary of Defense.
Trump will win the sanctuary city
battle with the census. But he needs
to enforce it. Anyone caught lying
in answering a census question about
citizenship faces a hefty fine. The
last case of conviction was in 1970,
though that conviction was for not
disclosing income. This will hurt
the Dems big time. But convictions
must be pursued.

In fact, THAT and not globull warming is an “existential threat” to the US.

We can be sure that is in the mix of possible courses of action the President might take. But the politics of this may not send the right message.
Trump has to walk a fine line of respecting states rights and protecting the country.
He has shown that he is aware of this and will make the right call.
Newsom might run for president some day. Now we know how he’ll increase the electoral votes he’s guaranteed to win from CA. No wonder his Aunt Nancy doesn’t want a wall.
Man, they really, really, don’t want to see their share of the drug and human trafficking money stopped.

Democrats always want to count their slaves/cattle to give themselves power in electoral bodies. The southern Democrats before the civil war wanted to count slaves as WHOLE people when it came to handing out house seats......
