Well, THAT was my point. Churches have parking lots, and although they dont pay property taxes, that rain tax will be one way to force them to pay a tax

I am in the Midwest, and I am absolutely in opposition to any and all such taxes as are being proposed in this article on a "rain tax," no matter where they are proposed, and have stated that already. What is wrong with you? Can't you read? I've already clearly stated opposition. Stating a fact is not an agreement with the tax, it is stating a fact. If they implement such a tax, it will be one way to (WRONGLY)force churches to pay taxes on their property.
