He should actually stop calling for women to be probed.
Some body could make major bank on that, if they had the guts and persistence. They could cut a gushing wound channel across the media, if it was carefully orchestrated.

The difference between Kavanaugh and Fairfax is the age involved; Kavanaugh allegedly committed the offense when he was a teen; Fairfax was an adult man of consenting age.
Huge difference and while there’s no excuse for sexual assault; the time it happened matters a great deal in how to address it going forward.

No. The fact they haven’t filed criminal charges against him means this will go nowhere and no one will force him to resign.
Democrats allowed Clinton to skate for a far more serious offense than forcing oneself upon a woman.
Fairfax is safe unless something unexpected turns up.

It helps him because he can then say that it is under investigation thus he can not comment and also we must wait until the investigation is complete before any judgement can be made. In other words, a stall tactic to see if it will blow over.
I was talking about his call for the investigation...seems these days to do something like that is even lower than being falsely accused (not saying he didn’t do it).
